Courtenay Recreation Update, January 18th: In response to the latest Provincial Public Health Order announcement on Tuesday, January 18th, Courtenay Recreation is working on a plan to gradually increase services and re-open the Wellness Centre (workout facility). We will provide an update within the next two days.
