Sandpiper Drive-Millard Road Watermain Upgrade Project

Contractors working on behalf of the City of Courtenay have completed the construction contract and have installed an upgraded watermain and fire hydrants along Millard Road and Sandpiper Drive. The work was completed in October 2021, and was delivered on time and on budget.
