Get on the agenda

Members of the public can speak at a Council meeting by requesting a spot on the agenda. This is called appearing as a delegation.

You must submit a request in advance. Delegations are usually scheduled in the order requests are received.

To speak at a meeting, please submit your request at least six business days before the meeting date.
