Applying for a zoning amendment
If your proposal does not comply with the current zoning, you may need to apply for a zoning amendment.
This typically applies when:
- a proposed use is not permitted
- additional density is requested
- significant changes to regulations are required
Zoning amendments are major applications and require Council approval.
