Before you apply

Make sure your application form is complete and signed. Incomplete applications (missing forms or required documents) will be returned. The City does not keep incomplete applications.

To avoid delays

• Discuss your proposal and application requirements with the relevant department before applying.
• Review all relevant requirements, policies and bylaws.
• Make sure your application clearly show how it complies with the bylaws.
• The applicant or registered professional must ensure all submission material, including plans, are consistent.
• Applications with inconsistencies will be returned without review.
