Free Home Energy Upgrades for Renters and Homeowners on Limited Budgets

BC Hydro’s Energy Conservation Assistance Program provides qualifying BC Hydro residential account holders with free services including a home energy evaluation, installation of energy saving products, and personalized energy efficiency advice. The program is open to owners or renters in low income households.
