Council has adopted amendments to Building Bylaw No. 3114 introducing the zero carbon step code.
Applies to all buildings regulated under:
- Part 3 of the BC Building Code
- Part 9 of the BC Building Code

When it applies
Applies to complete building permit applications submitted on or after January 1, 2026.
