Before you apply
To avoid delays:
- Review relevant zoning, policies, and bylaws.
- Ensure your proposal clearly demonstrates compliance with applicable regulations.
- Make sure all submission materials, including plans and drawings, are complete and consistent.
The applicant or registered professional is responsible for submitting accurate and complete materials. Incomplete or inconsistent applications may be returned without review.
