Drop-in fitness cancellations, substitutions and location changes

Drop-in fitness programs

  • Participation in drop-in fitness programs are on a first come, first served basis.
  • Participants must register and pay for the class before attending. This can be done via a punch pass at the beginning of class or with payment at the front desk. If paying at the front desk, a receipt must be taken to the class as proof of purchase.
  • Doors for the class will open 15 minutes before the start time. If you arrive early, please wait outside the doors for an instructor to let you in. Please line up in order of arrival, with a punch pass or receipt from payment.
  • Do not disturb or interrupt other classes while they are in session or cleaning up.
