Parks Alive: Free outdoor fitness classes

  • Yoga in the Park with Susan: Mondays, July 6, 13 and 27, 6–7 p.m., Cousins Park
  • Morning Ride with Keara: Tuesdays, July and August, 6–7 a.m., Lewis Park outdoor stage, meet in Lewis Activity Room
  • Zen Reset with Isaac: Wednesdays, July and August, 12:15–12:45 p.m., Riverside Park across from Filberg Centre
  • Riverside Fitpark orientations with Juan: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, July 6 - August 24, 10–11:30 a.m. No sessions on stat holidays

How drop-in fitness works

  • First come, first served.
  • Pay before class at the front desk or with a punch pass.
  • If you pay at the front desk, bring the receipt to class as proof of purchase.
  • Sign-in opens 15 minutes before class. Doors open 10 minutes before — please wait outside and line up in order of arrival.
  • Please don't enter while another class is running or cleaning up.
