  • April 16: Strength, Stretch and Core
  • May 13: Simply Strength
  • May 14: Strength, Stretch and Core
  • May 18: Simply Strength

Note: There are no classes on statutory holidays.

How drop-in fitness works

  • First come, first served.
  • Pay before class at the front desk or with a punch pass.
  • If you pay at the front desk, bring the receipt to class as proof of purchase.
  • Sign in for the class opens 15 minutes before the start time. Doors open10 minutes prior to class. If you arrive early, please wait outside the doors and line up in order of arrival.
  • Please do not enter while another class is running or cleaning up.
