How drop-in fitness works
- First come, first served.
- Pay before class at the front desk or with a punch pass.
- If you pay at the front desk, bring the receipt to class as proof of purchase.
- Doors for the class open 15 minutes before the start time. If you arrive early, please wait outside the doors and line up in order of arrival.
- Please do not enter while another class is running or cleaning up.

Mondays, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
Join this fast-paced, total-body interval class combining strength, cardio and dynamic movements. Work at your level while boosting endurance, power and overall fitness in a fun, motivating format.
Mondays, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
Start the week off right with a challenging mix of exercises that target your upper and lower body as well as core. You will develop balance, strength and agility, as well as improved heart and lungs. Instructor: Susan Obieglo
Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Build strength, balance, and mobility using a variety of equipment, improve your ability to move with confidence - climb stairs, get up with ease and stay steady on your feet. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor. No class February 16.
Mondays and Thursdays, 9-10 a.m.
This popular class checks off all the boxes! Your workout begins with a moderate level warm-up followed by exercises that focus on strengthening, toning and stretching key muscles. A long, relaxing stretch completes the class. Instructor: Nancy Victoria

A creative mixture of Vinyasa yoga and strength training designed to create a full body workout. Combining traditional yoga asanas, strength training with light weights, ending in a soothing stretch.

This fun, lower impact, chair-based class can be done both in or out of the chair! You'll be guided carefully through exercises focusing on balance, mobility, range of motion, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength and relaxation. The instructor will offer modifications as needed, offering support to participants at every turn. All levels welcome!
