Bill Moore Park is a 5.66-hectare community park in West Courtenay and a hub for local sports, recreation and community use. Dogwood Park, located next to Bill Moore Park, is a 2.32-hectare nature park with mature forest and natural habitat.
The City is developing a long-term vision for Bill Moore Park and Dogwood Park to guide future improvements.
