Families are invited to enjoy a full day of free, all‑ages activities at the Lewis Centre (489 Old Island Highway) on Monday, February 16,11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The entire facility will be dedicated to family‑focused fun.
Throughout the day, family gymnastics sessions will be offered. Participants can sign up for available session times upon arrival.
The multi‑purpose hall will feature a full schedule of drop‑in activities, including:
- Family salsa: 11:15 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Family yoga: 12:15–1 p.m.
- Family dance party: 1:30–3 p.m.
Visitors can also enjoy a family game zone with giant Jenga, Connect Four, face painting (available 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.), and other playful activities. Additional spaces include a toddler zone, sensory‑friendly room, and arts and crafts area.
The squash courts and Wellness Centre at the Lewis Centre will be open on Family Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (regular fees apply).
