People experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Courtenay will soon have access to new indoor spaces with construction underway on a development at 925 and 933 Braidwood Rd.
70 new homes and 73 shelter beds are on the way to the Comox Valley. Supportive homes and a purpose-built shelter are being built for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Courtenay. The supportive homes will be operated by Lookout Housing and Health Society, and the shelter will be operated by Connective.
