Bill Moore Park and Dogwood Park Strategic Plan

Bill Moore Park is a 5.66-hectare community park in West Courtenay and a hub for local sports, recreation and community use. Dogwood Park, located next to Bill Moore Park, is a 2.32-hectare nature park with mature forest and natural habitat.

The City is developing a strategic plan to guide improvements to both parks over the short, medium and long term.
