The City of Courtenay intends to direct award its traffic signal maintenance services to Raylec Power LP for a one (1) year term, commencing January 1, 2026, with no options to renew.
The main scope of work consists of:
- Annual preventative maintenance inspections of traffic signals; and
- Traffic signal and street light infrastructure repairs and maintenance as required on a 24/7 hour basis.
The anticipated value of this contract over the full one (1) year term is approximately $100,000.00, but this number will vary heavily depending on events that arise throughout the year.
