Notice of Intent - Canada Day Stage

The City of Courtenay (“the City”) intends to direct award it’s Canada Day Stage needs to Cumberland Village Works for a three (3) year term, with options to renew up to an additional two (2) years. 

The annual work consists of:

• Setup and tear down of a 40’ Saddle Span Stage
• The rental is for approximately five (5) days with a setup date of approximately June 29^th and tear down date of approximately July 2^nd

The anticipated value of this contract over the full five (5) year term is approximately $42,000.00.
