The pool is going to the dogs — for one day only!
Bring your pup to Pooch-a-Poolooza, Courtenay Recreation’s annual end-of-season dog swim at the Courtenay Outdoor Pool.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., dogs of all sizes can splash, paddle and play in the 30-metre pool before it closes for the season.
- Admission is $5 per dog, with all proceeds donated to the local SPCA.
- Proof of rabies vaccination is required — please bring documentation.
- Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pool during the event.
