The City of Courtenay intends to enter a new lease at the Courtenay Library.

To be leased by: Vancouver Island Regional Library
Lease amount: The annual lease amount will be $243,318 in year one, increasing to $301,226 in year five, with annual increases of 2% thereafter.
Lease term: 15 years with two additional five-year renewal options.
