The council of the City of Courtenay intends to adopt the permissive tax exemption bylaws for the 2027 taxation year.
Pursuant to Section 224 of the Community Charter, these exemptions would apply for one year only and provide exemption from taxation in 2027 for eligible properties listed under:
- Tax Exemption 2027, Bylaw Nos. 3241, 3242, 3243 and 3244, 2026
- Churches Tax Exemption 2027, Bylaw No. 3245, 2026
