Council will consider Temporary Use Permit Application No. 2501 (971 Cumberland Rd) at the October 1, 2025, regular council meeting. If approved, the Temporary Use Permit would allow sheltering at 971 Cumberland Road for up to three (3) years with the possibility of being renewed once.
The property is currently zoned Industrial Two (I-2) and is designated as Neighbourhood Centre by Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 3070, 2022.
There are no in-person or online speaking opportunities for the proposed Temporary Use Permit.
