Courtenay City Council intends to amend Council Procedure Bylaw No. 2730, 2013.
The proposed amendment would move the inaugural Council meeting following a general local election from the first Monday in November to the first Wednesday in November, aligning it with Council’s regular Wednesday meeting schedule.
