To be leased by: D. Dubyk
Lease amount: $6,350 per year plus GST, increasing 4.5 per cent each year.
Lease term: Five years, with two additional five-year options to renew.
Location 2: Lot 3, 100C-20th Street, Courtenay BC**
To be leased by: TPC The Property Centre Inc.
Lease amount: $7,000 per year plus GST, increasing 4.5% each year.
Lease term: Five years, with two additional five-year options to renew.
Location 3: Lot 4, 100D-20th Street, Courtenay BC**
To be leased by: Sealand Flight Inc.
Lease amount: $4,805 per year plus GST, increasing 4.5 per cent each year
Lease term: Five years, with two additional five-year options to renew.
