Liquor licence application for 109–364 8th Street

At the regular Council meeting on May 13, 2026, Council will consider an application for a new Liquor Primary facility at 109–364 8th Street. The facility will include a 100-person capacity, golf simulators, and a kitchen and bar. Proposed liquor service hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday to Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.The facility has no proposed patios.
Public input is invited on this application before the City submits its response to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. The deadline for written comments is Friday, May 1,at 4 p.m. Submissions should contain the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record.
