Liquor licence application for 244 4th Street

At the regular Council meeting on May 13, 2026, Council will consider an application for a change of hours to an existing liquor licence at 244 4th Street (Gladstone Brewing Co). The proposed application would change liquor service hours from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m., 7 days a week, to 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., 7 days a week. The application includes the full licensed establishment (including the patio) as currently approved under the licence, which has a maximum occupancy load of 350 people.
Public input is invited on this application before the City submits its response to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. The deadline for written comments is Friday, May 1,at 4 p.m. Submissions should contain the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record.
