The City of Courtenay invites Tenders for C26-085 Braidwood Road Corridor Improvements. The work will include the following:
- Full road rehabilitation from the intersection of Back Road to the cul-de-sac, ~560m. Providing concrete curb & gutter, continuous concrete sidewalk, and active transportation improvements.
- Full rehabilitation of existing water, sanitary, and storm drain systems with service upgrades to property lines.
A non-mandatory site meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 1:00p.m. local time, on site at Braidwood Road cul-de-sac at the existing fire hydrant in front of 751 Braidwood Road.
Note that physical envelope submissions will no longer be accepted by the City. Tenders submitted must be accompanied by the specified electronically certified bid bond and be received through the BC Bid electronic submission system.
