The City of Courtenay is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms for the provision of engineering consulting and construction services for the design and installation of six pickleball courts at Lewis Park.
The project objective is the creation of a tournament ready pickleball facility that will encourage tourism and increase use of Lewis Park.
