Bylaw No. 3221, 2026
Council will consider 1st, 2nd, and 3rd readings of Zoning – Amendment Bylaw No. 3221 at the May 13, 2026, regular Council meeting.
The purpose of the bylaw is to make administrative corrections to Zoning Bylaw No. 3203, 2026 to reflect typographic errors that impact interpretation, and to add Manufactured Home Residential Zone 3 (MH-3)to the Zoning Bylaw. In addition, the bylaw will add Bylaw 3186 into the Zoning Bylaw. This bylaw, which rezoned 649 McPhee Avenue from Industrial Two (I-2) to Multi-Use Four (MU-4) on July 30, 2025, was inadvertently excluded from Zoning Bylaw No. 3203, adopted on March 27, 2026.
None of the corrections change the use or density of any zone or parcelof land. As the corrections are administrative, no public hearing is required. In addition, the MH-3 zone is being added to the Zoning Bylaw. This bylaw does not apply it to a specific parcel of land but could be applied for in future.
Notice of Council's consideration of the bylaw has been provided in accordance with the City's Public Notice Bylaw No. 3210, therebymeeting all legislative requirements.
