The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking Responses from qualified contractors to complete facility energy retrofits and upgrades on an as, if and when required basis.
The City intends to select a short-list of up to three (3) Respondents. The short-listed Respondents will then be invited to submit bids for individual projects as they arise. The successful Contractor will enter into a separate job specific agreement with the City, likely CCDC 2. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work and each individual project will be awarded based on overall best value to the City.
The contract shall commence at contract execution and expire December 31, 2026. The contract may be extended for up to an additional four (4) years based on mutual agreement by both parties, satisfactory pricing and a satisfactory performance review performed by the City.
