Lake Trail Multi-Use Path and Arden Creek Improvements

The City of Courtenay invites tenders for C26-068, Lake Trail Multi-Use Path and Arden Creek Improvements. The work will include the following:

• Environmental protection
• Tree cutting and clearing
• Removals and common excavation
• Installation of new culverts and headwalls
• Extension of existing culverts and installation of headwalls
• Construction of approximately 525 m of 2.0 m wide gravel pathways
• Significant instream riparian improvement works under supervision of environmental professional based on DFO authorization conditions
• Landscaping
• Installation of new pavement markings and signage

There will be an optional pre-tender site meeting on April 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. The meeting location will be at the intersection of Lake Trail Road and Webb Road.
