2026 Sewer Relining Program

The City of Courtenay invites Tenders for C26-028, 2026 Sewer Relining Program. The Work will include the following:

• Cured-in-place relining of approximately 590m of 200mm diameter asbestos cement sanitary main pipe by Cedar Crescent and surroundings.
• Cured-in-place relining of approximately 100m of 200mm diameter asbestos cement sanitary main pipe along McPhee Avenue.
• Coordinating all private property access to registered rights-of-ways, including pre-construction condition reports, mitigation of damages, restoration and landowner agreements post-restoration.
• Bypass pumping as required to manage existing flows around worksite.

A Mandatory pre-tender site meeting to be held on May 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. local time. The meeting location will be at Kilpatrick Avenue and Dogwood Drive intersection.
