The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms for mechanical engineering services to support energy retrofits and upgrades in several facilities.
The contract shall commence at contract execution and expire May 1, 2027. The contract may be extended for up to an additional four (4) years based on mutual agreement by both parties, satisfactory pricing and a satisfactory performance review performed by the City.
