Tips for a safe and happy camp experience
Tips for parents and caregivers to help your child get ready for camp.
Teach your child to wash hands often for at least 20 seconds.
Remind them to cough or sneeze into their elbow.
Keep your child home if anyone in your household is sick.
Send your child with a refillable water bottle.
Make sure they are well rested and have had a good sleep.
Apply sunscreen before camp, and help your child learn to apply it themselves.
Use the authorized forms if your child is arriving by themselves or being picked up by someone else.
If your child is experiencing stress or trauma outside of camp, let us know. Sharing this information with your child’s Camp Leader helps us provide the best care and support.
